His work has included leading teams, curriculum and assessment, teacher development, school improvement, scheduling, budgeting and procurement. He brings that practical perspective to Mosaic Flow, keeping people and professional judgement at the heart of its design.

Saeed’s experience spans classroom teaching, school improvement and data analytics in the UK and the UAE, giving him a close understanding of schools and the people who make them work. His work connects evidence with practical priorities, helping schools identify strengths, recognise challenges and shape their next steps. He brings that perspective to Mosaic Flow’s technical direction, shaping tools that make information easier to understand and use while keeping professional judgement at their heart.
